Welcome to ToolBayan! Setting up your workspace takes only a few seconds. The platform is organized to get your administrative and reference work completed with maximum speed and zero friction.

Navigating the Workspace

The left-hand sidebar serves as the control center. Tools are grouped into logical categories:

  • Most Used Tools: Quick access to PDF, Calendar, and ID photo creators.
  • Utilities: Calculators for dates, salary estimation, and file organization.
  • Document Generation: Form builders for memos, certifications, and office orders.
  • Government Resources: Civil Service exam reviewers, official directories, and forms.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Choose a Tool: Select the appropriate tool from the sidebar or main page.
  2. Input Details: Fill in the form fields. For document tools, watch the live preview update in real-time.
  3. Download Result: Click the export button to generate a print-ready PDF, clean PNG, or text file.
  4. Reset & Repeat: Reset the form to create another document.
