An administrative endorsement is a brief routing document appended to an application packet.
Layout Flow
- First Endorsement: Written as "1st Endorsement" with the date.
- Action Statement: Directs the packet up the line (e.g., "Respectfully forwarded to the Regional Director...").
- Recommendation: State whether the application is recommended, approved, or deferred.
