Personal Data Sheet (PDS)
The PDS contains four primary sheets:
- Personal Information & Family Background: General contact and dependent details.
- Educational Background & Civil Service Eligibility: Formal learning history and exam details.
- Work Experience: Previous jobs listed in chronological order.
- References & Legal Declarations: Answers to criminal history checks and references.
Work Experience Sheet (WES)
A mandatory attachment to the PDS, the WES details major duties, responsibilities, and accomplishments for each previous job. It provides HR with proof of actual qualifications.
